Whatever our station of awareness we need to re- engage visions of Kali dancing powerfully in our world today. It is comforting and important to remember that this beautiful, uncontainable sword yielding Goddess, who destroys what needs to be destroyed, simultaneously nurtures what is real in us. In the Tantric tradition we never lose sight of the eternal balance of creation and destruction.

Kali wants to take us beyond our conventional world into the boundless, non-dual mystery and beyond our story and current attachments. As a brilliant explosion of the Great Mystery in the abode of the Absolute we need to overcome the terror of our ego bound existence and unite this energy into ourselves making the leap into boundlessness. To resurrect and celebrate the Divine as Feminine as the Heart of the World and the Feeling/Devotional Self as our Soul. Scholars and Historians everywhere are now unearthing evidence in every tradition memories of a powerful female Deity, both creator and destroyer, fearsome and nurturing, beautiful and limitless. The effect of this recognition and its spreading through Collective Consciousness is bound to be revolutionary.

The Divine Mother is the key in every chart to the missing part of our Being. She represents a force beyond polarity and beyond connection which resonates with a mystery of life that has long been suppressed.

Not only in our psyches but in the historic manifestation of the modern era that has made our experience of life unbalanced and incomplete.

Our objective in the private sessions will be centered around your Moon nature (the feeling Self / the Mother), SOMA the elixir of the GODS, and all the accustomed, and sometimes unconscious, tendencies that keep your mind of reason from feeling. Issues of endless longing, disturbed cellular integrity, and how we tend to not give our full attention to the present moment, the truth of the Here and Now. The mind is habituated in a constant current of thoughts and images careening from past to future. We want to go beyond the mind to observe the pure awareness that connects us to our Divine Mother from which the mind is born and, contaminated by the six passions and the karmic debris as well as the collective current day toxicity, that burdens us all. We will learn to embrace the mind as a loving Mother holds her child, clear and silent.

Our intent is Freedom. A liberated state of receptivity to the present moment in the great dance of consciousness.

Sessions are unique and spontaneous in timing, place and nature of medium chosen. They may be conducted on the phone, a private retreat, a Tantric exercise, or meditative silence to foster the subtler dimensions, utilizing evocative music and Ayurvedic substances or sacred symbols such as Yantras and Gemstones.

Although pain is as natural as pleasure we can learn how our stresses (often self-created) generate an acidic blood Ph and bile in the tissues. The process of Tantra as alchemical transformation is to catch our habitual entrapments and widen our scope of consciousness, to re-establish trust in Self, GOD and others to move forward in Love, Harmony and Beauty with increasing awareness.

Our real journey in life is interior, it is a matter of growth, deepening, and an ever greater surrender to the creative action of love and grace in our hearts.

Sometimes we need a catalyst, an activator, an initiator, a tantric, a little help from a "spiritual ally". May I be such a friend!

Beloved friends and spiritual companions,

We are fortunate to share a path of consciousness and in the year 2005, more specifically, a Sadhana to the Divine Mother as She is our only salvation. All through 2004 Amma has asked us to intensify our prayers as She saw a "dark wave" over the Sun in her meditations. Well, the wave has come, just as the Moon was full, which brings me to the core topic of Astro~numerology for 2005.

In the Hindu system of Vedic Astro numerology we derive our guidance from the nine planets and their eminations/directions on our psyche.
2005 is a KETU year, being comprised of number 2 and number 5, added together becoming a number 7 year.

Number 2, Moon, in Astronumerology rules the waters, rules all fluids, rules all
things that have a magnetic, vibratory component, and also rules the Truth and more specifically, rules Home and the Mother, the Sacred Feminine.
Number 5, Mercury, rules all things technological, everything that has to do with commerce, transportation and communication in every dimension. And that is "every" dimension, not just the known and visible. Remember the Greek Myths and Mercury being the messenger of the Gods.

The two zeros in between are also significant as their attributes represent the All and Everything, the Great Void, all possibilities, infinite potential. It is further interesting to note that both number 2 and number 5 have a zero on either side of them so activated potential is present for all of us to waken and be the change we want to see in the world. Subsequently, one could deduce that cosmic aide is available. Adding all this together, and being the practice of Astronumerology, everything being reduced to a single digit, we have a number 7 year. Ketu, number 7, the South node of the Moon, is a very spiritual number.
Ketu contains in many ways the whole template of our existence as it encompasses the Great Unconscious, the Unbounded, the Unlimited. Yet, as with all of the other celestial luminaries, it thereby activates specific individual and collective Karma. Ketu is also representative of the Great Delusion, meaning that anyone at this stage of the game, the jungle journey called Life, continues to pretend, avoid or deny is most definitely caught up in a delusion of not being connected. The most important lesson of this Ketu cycle, 2005 year, will be to bring us to the recognition that we are all ONE, that we are interconnected, molecularly as well as in our body/mind/spirit harmony or lack thereof. It was heartwarming to see, when the Tsunami struck, how the world rallied, how hearts opened, how compassion came to the foreground, and within days there was a palpable feeling, a vibe of connection, of being one heart. Refreshingly different from the war headlines that have monopolized our consciousness for months on end. So nice to know that the human spirit will triumph in the face of adversity, and so inspiring. As we all know, it will take many more months and years for all the victims of this disaster to find their evolutionary balance and have their lives restored, yet the impact of the loving kindness extended by millions of people around the world will have changed something in the collective consciousness forever.

The most beautiful gift that Ketu offers is that we may grow from our self indulgent microcosm into the macro global family experience.
Otherwise, (Ketu is governed by Mars, the War lord), more will be taken away, the lessons will be more severe and the upheaval, as in unlimited and unbounded, could take unprecedented manifestation. This is the invitation now that we become attentive to the planetary psycho drama and are willing to learn a lot. Fast! Now! We are at a threshold where each individual will need to choose a path of loving kindness and service and work things out within oneself with a personal, daily, committed practice of self observation, yoga, contemplation, what have you. Any thing that interrupts/reduces the egoic routine will help. Ketu demands a personal practice. Ketu demands that we listen deep within to the matrix of the Cosmic Truth which will only be revealed when we’re silent, cultivating quietude, spaciousness, and reconciling our own personal wars foremost. Acknowledging our own split within.
This is a call to non violence from the deepest layer of our psyche. We will need to commit to Peace. Primarily in the little things, in the small, mundane interactions, where there is still carelessness and heartlessness, where we still over promise and under deliver. Where we still foster Ego and not Truth, where we still eat mindlessly and consume selfishly. Where we are lazy and self indulgent, only concerned about the "I". Ketu is the planet that may take everything. Karmically, it will force the deepest, oldest issues, all the while begging to spiritualize our conduct and behaviour. We need to remember that every time we think a thought, the earth shakes. I’m referring to all the books discussing energy and the subtle forces, the astral planes. the ‘vibe’, and the many scientific writings such as the heartrending delivery on the world’s waters by Japanese professor Emoto. Enough evidence that proves that we truly are at the 11th hour, where every single nanosecond is begging the reception and recognition of our interconnectivity. Having been surrounded with this kind of information for years on end, through media, personal experience and global catastrophes, eventually we will all come to recognize that what we see depends on where we stand. As Shunyata points out what counts the most is the " inner standing"
because urgently we all need to find our internal reference point, and ease off on the violent expression and consumption on the outer. We have to get over our fossil fuel addiction, here in the west at least.
China rapidly becoming the largest oil consumer is indeed kind of scary.
Our greed and selfishness are accelerated to an unsustaineable level and only surpassed by our ignorance. Ketu also demands that we pull back our projections and realize that it is not an outside agency that determines our fate or luck, but the toxic substrata of our unprocessed sub conscious and the Monkey Mind in pursuit of its desire nature. We have all come to witness this to some degree. And yet we merrily doze of to be uinconscious in our everyday patterns.

What will ultimately unite us, is our innate love of Truth and yearning for liberation. Ketu, number 7, is a moksha karaka in Jyotish, (the Science of Light) and offers us an opportunity to FEEL our way into the Divine Heart. To feel, recognize, embrace, and value our interconnectedness, I cannot emphasize this enough. What befalls one, befalls all. If you heal, I heal. Subsequently, a daily strong practice is the key for us all to grow familiar with that concept and share breath and space the one Life.
Ketu is the tail of the Asura’s body, a malefic, and yet its mythical yearning is to find the Amrita, the elixir of eternal life. Ketu represents the archetypal dissolution. The surrender of all control of giving up the selfish notion that we have a choice, that the Ego, (Ahamkara) can determine the outcome of our little lives and that we can act independently. Now, 2005, moreso than ever, will we have to accept that we are all affected by this wave, not only the Tsunami victims. The immediacy of the Tsunami’s power has altered lives of hundreds of thousands and given millions an opportunity to reflect and to respect the force of nature anew.

In the world community joining, coming forth with this support and generosity, there was a feeling of oneness, beyond the mind of all of us there is the recognition that the tragedy has shifted our attention to our shared humanity and the fragility of this existence. Aware that time is mercilessly marching on, and that death is where we’re all going, Ketu brings us the spiritual vibration and down to a feeling level. And isn’t it interesting that just as the Tsunami struck, SEDNA, a new planet, was discovered. PLUTO, in 1930, at the heel of the great depression, dragging humanity through wars and the atomic bomb and the discovery of Plutonium and its deadly use accelerating us in such a crazy way that now, SEDNA, titled the Planet of Emotional Intelligence, comes along. Because only when we open our hearts and step into the service of life can we feel any kind of redemption, purpose and satisfaction and also relax the mind. We’re all astounded and humbled by the giant example of our beloved Amma who will forgoe food and sleep while there is still a single person hungry and without a bed. Amma’s ashram in Southern India has given food and shelter to up to 50,000 people a day and is currently implementing whatever monetary resources the Ashram can muster and through ongoing donations by devotees to resurrect shelter for the immediately affected sufferers. Amma also offers continued encouragement for us to deepen our Sadhana, perform planetary Pujas, and practice /enlist Upayas.

One of the main points noteworthy is how Ketu, Number 7 and comprised of number 2 and number 5, Moon and Mercury, ruling water and intellect, also on some level rules good luck and spiritual advancement. So it would be wise to propitiate the Moon, who rules over the truth, through practices that honour the Divine Mother and the heart of the Mother. The safest and sanest way to grow through out 2005 will be to stay calm and confident in the abiding of the Mother consciousness. Be kind to women.

ALL THINGS ARE BORN OF WOMAN.

Embody this wisdom in reality and begin there.

Specific conditions will apply with this Ketu vibration to the global picture and global trends. Number 2, the Moon, will give us the information that the Earth is a living entity and any ignorance perpetuated will, by universal law, cause and effect, generate further upheaval to the Earth and its inhabitants such as global warming, global dimming, the disturbances in our lay lines and aquifers having violated the Earth’s magnetic field (the Moon rules all gravitational pull). The Moon, number 2, being reflective (reflecting the Sun’s light), allows us to see our selves reflected profoundly through our inner and outer self destruction. Number 7, Ketu, being under the ray of Mars, will burn much old Karma by feeling more deeply in to the core matrix of our existence. Number 5, Mercury, will give us radically new ideas: a star trek kind of teleportation, and without drugs. Suddenly, we can walk in each other’s minds because we feel more deeply into the Truth of the matter and our vibrations are more receptive and heartful. The emotional intelligence of SEDNA represents Peace and Wisdom. She governs the values of redemption, forgiveness, and humanities ability to rise above the dreadful things they do to each other out of fear and ignorance. Economically, 2005 will be a roller coaster, the US dollar will diminish, gold and silver will be the values to keep an eye on, the barter system will become paramount and of newly appreciated value. Real estate, the housing market will decline and the long term investments should be in land and preserving agricultural resources of forest, lakes, rivers and wildlife habitats. Weaknesses in other areas of investments will make raw land more attractive, especially land with water resources and not chemicalized.
March to May 2005 will be very challenging, with solar eclipse in Rahu, in the middle of April, having a nasty effect on everybody’s disposition. We will, perhaps, witness some extreme power struggles. Rahu is a greedy, eccentric and brilliant strategist and driven by his revolutionary malefic vibration and abrupt conduct. My teacher Shri Harish Johari used to say the Rahu is the compelling evolutionary force in every individuals chart. It is interesting to note that new planets turn up only when our world is starting to change beyond our recognition. SEDNA is an activator, an initiatory, a tantric vibration. Ready or not, all things are possible, and the law of Impermanence is suddenly very transparent and our grasping and clinging so totally inappropriate. SEDNA’s myth is the one of the ocean Goddess of water, of feeling, of the Mother, the return to the Goddess. Subsequently, relationships will undergo a major awakening, a truth telling and mirroring that puts conventional therapy to shame. We’re learning without repressing and denying to wake up our deepest passions in every part of our cellular integrity and to express them with sensitivity. Ketu, being extremely psychic, will manifest in us all being more psychic, and like professor Emoto said, "We can, with four times twenty seconds of focussed daily intent, affect the harmony of the world’s waters. " And, as a vibrational researcher, he has the pictures to prove it. So let that sink in, and know that the state of you head and heart can make a difference in the overall wellness of the future of this fragile planet.
